1021. I am an employee user and have forgotten my Sign-in details. What do I do?
 

As an employee user, if you have forgotten your sign-in details please contact your payroll administrator.

If you are a payroll administrator, Go to the Employee menu in the tasking zone and select the Admin Employee Internet A/c. Further you can click on the Current Employee Internet A/c. Now for the respective employee you can click on the "Click to Send" link under Re-send Sign In Details heading. This way an employee will receive an activation mail and can reactivate the account with the sign-in details.
