You will see this message if last time you used our service you did not Sign Out from the software but simply closed the Internet browser when you had finished using it. Doing this will cause the “Session Time Out Error Message” to appear when you next sign in.

The “Session Time Out error message” screen contains a Sign in button. Click on the Sign in button to sign in to the application. This time you won't see the “Session Time Out Error Message” Screen.
