4203. Is it possible to e-mail payslips to employees?
 

Yes we do provide email payslips to employees. Payslip will be sent to Employee Payroll Admin E-Mail which they can view/print their payslips.

Step.1: To provide Employee Payslip Distribution by Email please follow the Road Map below:

Road Map -
Employer/Setup -> Chart of Setup -> Under OTHERS -> Click on the 'ePayslip & eNotice Automation' Link -> Click on 'Edit' button -> Payslip Distribution by Email select 'YES' or 'No' from the dropdown -> Click on the 'Save' button.
('Employer/Setup' is the button positioned in the tasking zone menu at the top. It is the first button from the left)

Step.2: To add or edit an Employee Payroll Admin E-Mail please follow the Road Map below:

Road Map -
Employee -> View / Edit Employee Details -> Click on the 'View/Edit' link for the employee concern -> Click on the 'View/Edit' button under 'Payroll Internet Account' -> Click on the 'Edit' button -> Enter the Employee E-Mail -> Enter User Sign In Password to confirm -> Finally click on the 'Save' button.
('Employee' is the button positioned in the tasking zone menu at the top. It is the second button from the left)

Step.3: To Distribute Payslip by Email to employees please follow the Road Map below:

Road Map -
Reports -> Payslip, Payroll & PAYE - View / Print -> Click on the 'Payslip & NetPay' Link -> Click on the 'Current Payslip' or 'All Pay Periods Payslip' -> Select one of the Pay Frequency -> Under 'Select Payslip' click on the 'Select All' or selecting individual employee by ticking the checkbox -> Finally click on the 'E-Mail Selected' button.
