Click on Manage User Account under Employer / Setup on the Tasking Zone Or Click on the Chart of Setup under Employer / Setup, then further Click on the Link "Add / Manage User A/C" under Password & User A/C. Next click on the Additional System User bubble the Additional System Users will be listed on the screen. Additional System Users can log in to our service and work with our service in the same way as System Administrators. They can add new employees, process pay, update YTD, E-file etc.

To view/edit the Additional System User's personal details, click on the View /Edit link from the System User Personal Details column corresponding to the respective Additional System User. Now click on edit button, edit the personal details and click on the save button.
